Before heading for our very first trip together, we were watching Battle trip, and there’s EP on Seoul Snack… and one of the places that APINK’s Eunji and Bomi introduce is this place Kimpira. When Cin told me that she wanted to visit the famous bakery in Daejeon (next entry) and finalise the idea of throwing it into a Day Trip! I told her, I am very crazily-on with the idea and I will find a IG-worth cafe too. After using all my resources in researching the prettiest cafes in Daejeon… I shortlisted a few and decided to go for this – ASOME LOUNGE.
And the good new is, I have also document the direction for everyone of you reading now! I’m sure all this hassle are all worth-while! :)

Breakfast or Lunch is a difficult choice during holiday because most of the time, you only leave the house like 10am, and you might find yourself is there a need to buy a bread and milk while heading to your lunch place. I know, holidays are meant for no-diet-and-keep-eating, but you will not able to if you have something before that. So, main point! I love brunch alot, and this meal means, there’s no way you could say no to carbo! :D
Another new find in Sinchon that you shouldn’t miss! :)
#the flag for us, after ordering! :D
#the yummy pasta is so nice, my cousin who tried it a day before us, thought that the sauce was not creamy in taste. but my friend and I find the sauce not too creamy/not too overwhelming, in short just nice. So, it really depends on individual :) but overall, all 3 of us like this place! :)

I have been to Itaewon a few times, but I didn’t really shop or walk around Itaewon which I really wants to. So my recent trip with clarice, we actually venture a little more than usual. We walked around shopped around, and in fact, we actually thought of visiting one of the restaurant opened by one of the Master Chef Korea candidate. But sadly, the restaurant was having some photoshoot, hence its not opened for public. But, we saw a pretty looking restaurant, with a name call Dori Kitchen with a hidden address. We looked in the menu, its something light, and thought, why not we just have this :)
#we shopped a little, the clothes here are slightly more expensive than hongdae, but quality wise, its all worth :)
and we saw this little cute lion looking dog. so cute that, I need to snap a photo of it :)

Last year march when we visited Thanks Nature Cafe, we happened to see the Uongole Spaghetti House next to it, looking really extremely delicious. But with heavy stomach and we only managed to fill our tummy with only strawberry waffles at Thanks Nature Cafe. So, we demanded a-must-visit eatery this time (when we visited in august 2013, its been a year!).
As this trip was kinda impromptu, not exactly few weeks before the rush, but we decided to go for it only if we managed to get our encore tickets and only deciding the day before their HK’s tour. Guess we were not very particular for seating, as our wish is really simple – be part of the orange sea. And with a little bit of luck, we managed to get the tickets within 15minutes…? Happy and definitely, we were excited as well as we were able to meet our friend Kyungbin for a meal. Having thinking where to have our meal together because she was staying a little far and having her to travel to the city of seoul will be a little bit too far :) So, we settled with Bong Dae Bak at Hongdae! :)
And we went next door for their dessert! Yes, the sheep cafe, we all love :)
Hongik Station Exit 9

It’s located at Basement :)
I never knew I will have love for pasta until my friends are totally in love with pasta. Nevertheless, this grown interest in me. I start to love pasta and always looking for the best pasta in town. During my stay in Korea, I’m sure korean food will never disappoint me, but how about pasta? I’m very sure not many people will have the thought of having other cuisine in Korea especially they already have so much different style/kind of korean food for us to explore. BUT, how can I missed having pasta in Korea right?
This cafe i am going to share is not just a normal cafe that serve paste… yet something unique about here.
The interior look very difference to those I visited in SG. There’s live band at night too, and our reason of why going in afternoon………
we ordered a lunch set that include salad and the two dishes we wanted – pizza and pasta!
And tadah~ one of the lead : Strawberry Pizza :)
Many people who came here, is for this special dish, and it’s often sold out by dinner.
Not too difficult to know why we were here for lunch instead of dinner right?
It’s a sweet dessert, instead of normal pizza, something out of the box that we usually have.
the thin crust is perfect.
and, YES, this is the pasta that we wanted to try too! Steamboat Pasta, omg!
It’s really good, and we all wished we had came here again for the 2nd time but we didn’t…
I have no idea, 39 days really not enough? :p
