I have seen some blogs that mentioned Banjudam have converted into a pretty cozy cafe. I have yet visit the cafe, but it is still at the same location. I’m unsure if this was still manageable by the family but do let me know if you visited

During my August Seoul Trip (Yes, I went again…), I visited Banjudam again for their food. I will blogged again in separate entry, but I would like to highlight here in this entry that, Banjudam is no longer open for business during Lunch Hours. They are only opened at night from 6pm-12midnight Night ambience are great and Im sure you will love this place with such romantic ambience.

BANJUDAM 반주담

Yes, this is Park Jung Min’s Mom restaurant, and we managed to go there during our last few days of the trip… so glad that we visited here without any hesitation! BECAUSE OF THE YUMMY FOOD haha! Teeheehee~~ Oh yes, JM’s sister and mom say that we were able to share this restaurant to our friends and bring them here to eat and play with the dogs heehee, and sister mentioned that we must take great and beautiful photos… she is so cute!

Personally, I feel, even a non-fan who wish for a great meal should visit here. They served great pasta at a reasonable price. Then again, fans shouldn’t swarmed around the area just to wait for PJM, the food there is worth the visit. I’m sure you know what I mean after visiting ^^ It’s also show respect to his mom and sister by give them more space as much as possible, they are not just a celebrity’s family members… They are Restaurateur who make great delicious food for you.

We went around lunch time to have our brunch there, and its already beautiful in the interior and exterior. I heard, the night view was great too. Maybe I shall visit it again the next time for dinner…. it’s gonna be great too. (Thinking about the food – Yummy!)

#I heard many people was saying that this beautiful chandeliers came from his previous shop – Royal Avenue.

#the menu, Lunch menu differ from Dinner menu too. I personally feel the food is really really affordable for such great restaurant. *thumb up!*

#Kimchi Fried Rice – It has the —- Home taste!

#Salad Pasta (Cold dish) was really appetizing for us. Its a mixture of Salad and Pasta which is really good for the start!

#THUMB UP STARX501 – Kimchi Pasta. It’s really good, and I saw a few diners ordering this too. Everything was just good and nice for this. The taste was so great that you will probably asked for more for this dish! It’s really delicious, I will recommend everyone to try this!

And, we was about to leave….. PJM’s sister approached us and asked if we could wait for another 10minutes as her mom wanted to cook something for us. We were delighted and of cos, shocked that we able to try something her mom prepared just for us. *happy*

#Rice Cake Toast. It was really delicious. It has tiny bits of cinnamon too which I really love it, the taste was great.
This dish was prepared hot, and the toast came in soft, the rice cake was so chewy. It has an unforgettable after taste.

We fare goodbye to his mom and sister, telling them, we were leaving in a few days time.
Thanks for the delicious meals and the yummy Rice Cake Toast that JM mom prepared for us.

I’m missing Australia so much that I can’t believe it. I still love Seoul, Korea… then anything else. But Australia being the first ‘english’ country I visited, a place that I travel with my bffs, lots of fun and happy and definitely heart to heart talks too. Though many say its seems like I been to a long trip, but its a ‘rush trip’ and of cos, it’s never enough when we are traveling with friends. Or should I say it.. HOLIDAYS WITH FRIEND, AWAY FROM WORK… is never enough! haha Australia is a place for seafood lover…! You know, how much I love Salmon, Fish, and anything in between… And, I think I had Salmon everyday! So so so blessed and it’s filled with happiness. My happiness is so easily contented with just salmon… LOL! But you should know where I’m getting from…

I have posted the photo above on my instagram as well as twitter, but I thought, I should left a footprint here too! I love my camera, I think I see a great difference from the quality from my S90. S90 is good, just that Pen3 seems even better, definitely, it’s like almost a DSLR price.. IT SHOULD BE GOOD! haha

This is rather, a very mix feeling day. Yodolyn was just back and having lots of fun with us for the past 1 week, and guessed what, she was all ready to leave to Australia again. Good times flew like you never even notice the time was so well-spent. You just wished there were more hours everyday, and more days in a week. Yodolyn, you have been really a fun and nice friend to be with, and I remember you are the first friend I know from six+one+one (aside from teng of cos!). This 9 years have been really great, and not knowingly, we have already know each other for so freaking long! (not exact 9 years for the rest, but I believe I know you since year one!) We were all looking super forward to you coming back for good, or at least stay a little longer! But meanwhile, rest all well for your upcoming last sem projects/exam and wait patiently for our visit!

I do wished, we could have been even closer, and better

Totally love how much fun we had

Well, actually ever since I started working, my daddy got me a very good 佛牌.
But because of my absent-minded, and forgetful character, I tend to forget at times.

So, mummy come out with this. lol.

and one day after, my lovely friend – ANNE send me this to remind me.
Seriously, how cute can my friends be!!!

Dearest Yodo had enrolled for her degree course since last year in RMIT. We have been really fixing and finding a proper dates since then to visit her. We can get crazy, fun with each other, and she will also able to bring us around since she have been there more than a year. Not only that, the lucky us, get to stay at her place too. Imagine, we can have lots of fun, chatting at night and doing massive cooking as well. LOL! Massive cooking by her, and massive eating by us. HAHAHAHHAHA!

So looking forward Seems like Melbourne is just so fun from her photos and the few exchange email we had since yesterday! haha!

Checking out ticket is one of the most difficult thing to do, since it’s all about comfort and money. Either we get a very cheap flight over, and get torture for at least a good 7 hours. Or, we could just enjoyed our safe and comfortable journey with that huge amount for the ticket. I have checked with Yodo, that her mum took emirate previously at $880 odd. I thought that was quite a great deal since most flight cost mostly $1.3-$1.5k. And, what I like about it is that — Direct flight. I mean I doesn’t need to waste any extra time on transit.

I have a cousin working for Emirate, and she is able to advise me on the ticket cost as well as getting a ticket for me at a good rate – 40%. Yes just pay 40% with condition like, unsure if I will be able to board the flight due to full. Have more or less confirmed with her, but the problem is that we just changed of plan to fly Tasmania directly when we reached Melbourne. Hence, I wasn’t very sure if I can’t take off for the flight, will I able to fly in time with the rest to Tasmania. Hence, just to safe, I decided to save that 40% discount for the next time – Cousin’s Winter Trip next year.

And, was checking out the tickets from Emirates and Singapore Air for the flight. And, realize the ticket sold out so fast that we have to keep changing our departure date!! And, finally we managed to secure our air ticket with Singapore Air! We are so glad that we manage to get a flight with SQ A380 to-and-from Melbourne. And, the happy part is our ticket cost $886.80! Love traveling with Singapore Air, because they give me the 100% ease and comfort.

And, one of the best thing for SQ Flight is that, their seafood meal on board is delicious! Have already arrange my meal with them – HAPPY!

As I need to get VISA for this Aussie trip, something that I didn’t have experience before. Glad that this can be obtain at any travel agencies. Heng! to make thing so much simpler for me… –  I have a tour guide friend who work for his uncle’s agency – NEWS SHAN TRAVEL. Most of my travel problems get solve right here! Thanks Alvin!
