KOREA 2024: Jayeon Do Salted Bakery in Seongsu 자연도 소금빵 성수

[Travel in March 2024]

I’ve had my doubts about the Salted Bread trend in Korea. It seems like every café and bakery offers it, even major chains like Paris Baguette. But are they actually as good as they’re hyped up to be? Is it worth waiting in line for them?

the famous store, where they sold 7000 buns a day!

🙂

Queue is long but fast!

What you need to do, is to go to the machine, order and make payment 🙂 Take ur queue number and queue!

🙂

how can a normal bread with salt taste so good!

the bun look exactly like this~

I asked you to see again and again 🙂

on how the bun look like, because….

I didn’t snap a picture of it! Haha! I just dug in and enjoyed it! Keep in mind, we had a hearty breakfast from Rain Report, and everyone adored it! 🙂

AND ITS WORTH THE HYPE!!!!

HELLOSIHUI’S THOUGHTS:
Wow, I totally retract my initial skepticism about this salted bread trend! It’s surprisingly delicious, and I believe everyone should give it a try regardless of how full they are. It’s like a combination of savory flavors with the flakiness of a croissant—it’s straightforward yet incredibly tasty. I was so into it that I didn’t even snap a photo because we devoured it while it was still hot and delightful!

HELLOSIHUI’S TIPS:
No matter how full you are, just buy! DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR! haha 🙂
